The integrated clamp eliminates mounting brackets and hardware. The lamp head mounts in seconds without using tools, and when it is removed there is nothing left on your bars. The rider can adjust the lamp head up/down to suit their preference. In the case of a crash, the lamp head simply folds away instead of being damaged (we've tested this concept -- it works).
