Shipments to all customers are via Canada Post Expedited from our Ottawa location. Your order will generally be shipped within one business day. Typical Delivery Times:

Canada: 3 to 5 days
USA: 5 to 7 days
Outside North America: 6-10 days

The following sales tax will be applied to your order. The total (including taxes / shipping) will be indicated at final checkout.

Ontario: 6% GST + 8%PST
New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador: 14% HST
All other Provinces: 6% GST

United States: no sales tax

Our Headstrong Light warranty is simple:

First Year: Completely covered, except for the bulb
Bulb: 60 days
After First Year: Repairs will be done at a reasonable cost.
Shipping of Returns: The owner pays shipping to us; we will pay to ship back.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Headstrong Light set, it can be returned for a refund. The only cost to you will be the return shipping.
